Families deserve the same intentionality we give everything else.

Businesses define their mission. Teams build their culture. Communities rally around shared values. Yet most families, the most important institution in our lives, never intentionally define who they are. Because if you can't clearly define your family's identity, it's much harder to intentionally pass it on.
